A statement on the current housing market. Homes are available, it's like a buffet. You just have to pay for the meal.

Is Home really your Home? If you lost it all you could make another home. Isn't your Home than within you? A brave Man carries his home with him. The deer and the chair enmeshed, becoming one with one another.

The wildflower known as the shooting star is my favorite flower. Even within our homes sitting on the leather couch, there is a piece within us that is at all times connected to Nature.

The themes of domesticity and pop culture meet inside this new body of work. Embroidery is a painstaking act of domesticity. The Sampler was used as a guide for young children to remind them of the stitches they learned. I’ve personalized it and made the Sampler a way to give recognition to the permutations of Home. Instead of bible versus, that were traditionally stitched, I’ve used modern phrases such as ‘Dude’ and ‘Right on!’
Home isn’t necessarily a collection of things or even what you do while you're there. But things remind us of home. It is at once, a physical and a mental place.
